terms

Terms of Service.

vibedraft is a publishing tool. You connect social accounts you own, and it drafts, schedules and posts to them when you say so. These are the terms for using it. Effective 7 September 2026.

01

Who we are, and what this covers.

vibedraft (“we”, “us”) is built and operated by Ricky Miskin and offered at vibedraft.app, through the MCP connector, and through the public API. By creating an account or connecting an agent, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02

Your account.

You sign in with Google. You must be at least 18 and allowed to hold the social accounts you connect. You are responsible for what is published under your accounts, including posts an agent drafted and you approved, and for keeping the devices and agent clients that hold your vibedraft credentials secure.

Connecting an X, Instagram or TikTok account authorises vibedraft to publish to it and read its metrics on your behalf, only when you or an agent acting for you asks. You can disconnect an account at any time from Settings or from that platform’s own connected-apps page, and vibedraft stops acting for it at once.

03

Publishing is always your call.

Nothing is published without an explicit instruction from you: a click, a scheduled time you set, or an agent you connected acting on your approval. A scheduled post goes out at the time you chose even if the chat that scheduled it has closed. Previews are not publications. If a platform rejects a post, vibedraft tells you why and does not retry silently.

Each platform’s own rules apply to what you publish through vibedraft: the X Terms of Service, Meta’s Platform Terms and Instagram Community Guidelines, and TikTok’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Content Sharing Guidelines, including its Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy where they apply. Do not use vibedraft to spam, to impersonate, to publish content you have no right to publish, or to post to an account you do not own.

04

Plans, credits and payment.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe and include a monthly allowance of credits; top-ups buy more. Credits meter the agent surface, and the price of each action is shown before it is charged on the pricing page and by the connector itself. Reading your own metrics is free. You can cancel a plan at any time from the billing portal in Settings; what happens to the rest of a paid period is shown there before you confirm. Prices can change with notice on the pricing page before your next renewal.

05

Your content and your data.

You own what you write and what you upload. You give vibedraft the licence it needs to store, process and publish that content to the accounts you connect, and to derive a voice profile and account memory from it so drafts sound like you. That licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies platforms already hold because you published there. We do not sell your content or your data, and we do not train models on it. The privacy policy says exactly what is stored, where, and for how long.

06

Agents and the API.

The MCP connector and the public API let software you control act as you. Tokens you issue are yours to protect; anything done with them is done by you. Rate limits and credit balances apply to agents exactly as to the web app. Do not resell access, and do not use the API to build a service that publishes to accounts whose owners have not connected them to vibedraft themselves.

07

What we promise, and what we do not.

vibedraft is provided as is. The platforms it publishes to change their APIs, rate limits and rules without warning, and a post can fail or be delayed for reasons outside our control. We do our best to say so clearly when that happens. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost reach, lost revenue, suspended accounts, or any indirect loss arising from your use of the service, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

08

Ending things.

You can stop using vibedraft whenever you like: disconnect your accounts and ask us to delete your data, and we will. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or a platform’s rules, or that puts other users or the service at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

09

Changes and contact.

When these terms change materially, the effective date at the top changes and the change is announced on the blog before it takes effect. Questions, complaints and requests go to @rcmisk on X, or to the support address on any vibedraft receipt.
